Reiki Level l, ll with Marilyn Del Torto
We are pleased to have Marilyn del Torto at Prana Yoga & Dance Studio! Marilyn will be offering a Reiki Level I. Learn the basics of this gentle yet powerful Japanese natural healing technique that can be used for stress reduction, relaxation and to promote healing. This class will prepare the participant as a Level I Reiki Practitioner. Elements included will be the history of Reiki. THAI YOGA MASSAGE - Presented by Thai Massage Cleveland Thai Yoga Massage is one of the best things you can do for your body and soul, whether you are the giver or receiver. It is a massage, it is yoga, it is stretching, it is beyond words. Best of all, anyone who is in reasonably good shape can learn it in a short amount of time. Are you curious about Thai Yoga Massage? Come to our 3-hour "taster" workshop. In one evening you can learn to perform a full-body 20 minute massage No experience is required, but you should be comfortable being on the floor. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and pillow Classes are taught by Carie Kemenyes, LMT, Harry Yee, LMT and Tiiu Gennert, a 500 hour level registered yoga teacher. All are certified Thai Yoga Massage teachers with the Lotus Palm Thai Yoga Massage School , a North American leader in the teaching of this art, founded by Kam Thye Chow. Cost is $60 if you bring a partner or $35 per individual.
