I want to start by saying to all my parents and dancers, especially those of you that have been with Prana from the beginning: thank you for your loyalty and commitment! I cannot believe we are putting together Prana’s fourth show. This year’s show, “Let’s See How Far we’ve Come” will take place at Independence Middle School Thursday, June 26th and Friday, June 27th at 7pm. ü Please mark your calendars for these additional dates: ü Technical Rehearsal at Prana Dance Studio: Tuesday, June 24th – Time TBA ü Dress Rehearsal at Independence Middle School Wednesday, June 25th –5:30pm-8:30pm ü These dates are mandatory for each dancer to attend in order to participate in the show.
Tickets for the show will go on sale June 1st. Presale Tickets: 2 Night Pass : $55.00 you will receive a pass for each night. You are allowed 10 people on each night. Individual Tickets $10.00 At The Door: No passes sold! Individual tickets $12.00
Rehearsals ü Each class will be responsible for learning two in the show. Each class will have outside rehearsal times to work on these numbers. This is to ensure each dancer is fully prepared for the show. There’s just not enough class time to cover all material we want to throughout each year including the choreography as well as additional technique and skills. ü We expect students to commit to these extra rehearsals. We do not charge for these outside rehearsals.
Costumes ü Students will be measured for costumes the week of February 18th.during class. ü Prana Yoga and Dance has always been concise of keeping costumes prices low. This year a costumes deposit of $25.00 will be required by March 24th.. You will be billed the remainder balance by May 1st. ü Class costumes list and prices will be passed out or emailed by March 17th. |
