We had our last classes at our old location Prana is now closed and will reopen at our New Location 7976 Broadview Road We look forward to seeing everyone Sept 7th !
Great News from Prana Yoga & Dance Studio! As some of you may have heard Prana is Moving! Don't worry we are not going far! We will be about 500 ft away from our current location, directly across from BW3's! Our new location will allow 2 big rooms allowing for more Yoga and more Dance! There will be a private waiting area, a larger store stocked with new items, and plenty of parking! There even is a great landscaped area for outdoor yoga overlooking a pond! We are so excited to be making this move and we are filled with gratitude for all who have shared in this wonderful journey. Though we are sad to leave our old space, we know it is time. We have had 6 wonderful years there and we are excited to have this new wonderful opportunity. Our move date is September 1st. We will continue to offer classes at our current location including some new classes listed below. We are thrilled to also be expanding our Dance Program! Our Fall Dance Scheduled is now posted on our website. This also means our new location will give us the opportunity to offer even more Yoga! Look for some new classes coming this Fall And a Yoga Teacher Training (200 hrs. certification) coming January, 2011! We will continue to keep you informed of our progress and look forward to our Grand Opening!
Prenatal Yoga-
Our Prenatal classes will resume August 15 with another 4 week session. Classes are held on Sundays from 8:45am-9:45am. The cost is $40.00. Please contact the studio to register.
Kids Yoga- A yoga class designed exclusively for your child. They will learn breathing, body awareness and tools to relax in a fun environment. This is a great way to wrap up the summer and prep for an exciting new school year! This is a 4 week session beginning Tuesday August 3rd. Ages 4-7 yrs 3-3:45pm, ages 7-12yrs 4-4:45pm. cost $36.00. Receive $5.00 off tuition total for each additional child registered per family. Please call the studio to register.

Prana Outdoor Yoga Gathering Our Outdoor Yoga has ended for the season ( unless we get a warm Sunday in the Month of October) However we are so pleased to announce that we raised $550.00 for the following animal shelters: Project Noah Humane Society of Greater Akron Humane Society Euclid Angels for Animals Parma Animal Shelter And In the process I adopted Sage (aka Grandma!) you can view pictures of our outdoor yoga on our Yoga pics page and on Face book! Zumba! Zumba is a very dynamic and exciting class full of Latin and exotic music flavors. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It targets all areas of the body including the most important muscle, the heart!, It is a mixture of body sculpting movements and easy to follow dance steps, although you do not have to know how to dance to do Zumba! Don't forget... Zumba will be part of the SATURDAY SPECIAL
