Alanna Schultz
Alanna Schultz, Director and Choreographer of Troupe Shabaana,
started her professional Belly Dance career in 2002. She has a large following
of students, and has performed across the states. Her teaching technique is fun
and exciting. She draws a large crowd at every location she teaches at. Alanna
is one of the top instructors in the Cleveland area. You may have seen her
perform in various places around N.E. Ohio with her dance troupe; such as, the
Tremont Art and Cultural Festival, Open Air Market, God Spell the musical, Cool
Cleveland parties, along with many others. Troupe Shabaana is noted for giving
back to the community by donating time to silent auctions, and a variety of
charity events. Alanna now teaches as many as nine classes a week, and has made
Belly Dancing a full-time career. Troupe Shabaana was just featured in a book
for the top five ways to relax before a date. The troupe was also featured in an
upcoming independent film "Hero Tomorrow" that should be completed this year.
Alanna’s future goal is to acquire a degree in dance.
